About Us

We are Susa & Pete Wilson and our three kids.
Pete grew up in Tairua and knows virtually every tree in the neighbourhood given he's been climbing them since 1978.
Susa grew up in a couple of trees too, namely a giant Macrocarpa and a tall Silver Dollar where she liked to sit and think and sing... 
We live in Whenuakite which positions us nicely for conducting tree work from Opoutere - Matarangi.
We’re a family-operated company with a skilled team of loyal staff who thrive on hard work and a good job well done. ​

Rob - Professional Driver, Operator, Tree Climber, Tree Feller, Mechanic. Rob is another long-term employee with an addiction for collecting licenses and quals. He has every NZ licence you can get and can drive any machine better than most. With many years in earth moving and managing workshops, Rob's our super hero when something breaks... he keeps our show on the road...
